By accessing and using FreeJobRoles ("Platform", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, freelancers, clients, and employers.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. FreeJobRoles reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
FreeJobRoles charges a service fee of 8% on transactions conducted through our platform. Freelancers retain 92% of agreed project fees. All payments are processed through our secure payment gateway. Refunds are subject to our dispute resolution policy.
All content, designs, logos, and software on FreeJobRoles are the property of FreeJobRoles Inc. and are protected by international copyright laws. Users retain ownership of original work they create for clients. FreeJobRoles is granted a limited license to display portfolio items for platform promotional purposes with user consent.
